COOKING TRADITION WITH CREATIVITY
PASSAtempo di Osteria il PAPERO was born as a result of chef Leandro Gaccione's experience at his previous restaurant Osteria del PAPERO. At PASSAtempo di Osteria il PAPERO (short 'PassaPapero'), chef Leandro's personality emerges in the composition of his dishes, provoking a culinary sensation triggered by the discovery of recipes belonging to the tuscan / italian food culture which has evolved and personalised with creativity, while the genuine flavours evoke those of ancient traditions.



Where and how
PASSAtempo di Osteria il PAPERO, is a restaurant set in the heart of the Chianti area, a perfect setting for outdoor lunches, aperitifs, and intimate dinners. The menu is updated seasonally, paying special attention to products that our surrounding nature offers, respecting traditional recipes that have been passed on by generations with love and dedication. We source our genuine raw materials from local and selected suppliers and agricultural producers, constantly exploring new organic resources. As of the 2024 season, we are introducing our exclusive vegetable orchard on the restaurant's property to even further control the quality of our seasonal offerings in terms of greens and vegetables.
